During the Bayport-Blue Point School District’s Board of Education meeting held on the evening of Oct. 7, a number of student-artists were recognized for having their artwork selected to be displayed in the central administration building.
These works of student art were chosen by their art teachers based on the project’s aesthetic value, as well as the use of artistic elements and the principles of art and design.
“We are truly proud of these students’ artistic accomplishments,” said Bayport-Blue Point School District Chairperson for Art and Music Paul Weber.
